Perform various services and provide support in conducting evaluations on the impact of new or improved technologies on the effectiveness of current and future submarines, surface combatants and advanced naval vehicles. The main objective of these evaluations are to identify current and projected shortfalls and deficiencies in operationally meaningful scenarios. Contractor shall also be required to perform various services in support of identifying operational R&D goals for Hull, Mechanical and Electrical (HM&E) attributes such as signatures, speed and depth. Contractor personnel must be experienced with SIM II Fortran program and experience in modifying this program. Secret clearance is required. Contractor must be located within a reasonable driving distance of CDNSWC. The anticipated contract shall be a cost plus fixed fee completion, Indefinite Quantity, Indefinite Delivery type with a five year period of performance.
