The Air Force Developmental Test Center (AFDTC), Eglin AFB FL has a requirement for the maintenance of the internal communication system at the Eglin AFB Hospital. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, transportation and other items and services necessary to perform preventive maintenance and interim service at the Eglin Hospital. The maintenance and service shall include, but is not limited to, repair, modification, installation, transfer, and removal of equipment for the internal communications system and cable pulling service. These systems include Nurse Call and Patient Entertainment Systems, Public Address System, Video/Audio Security System, Video Patient Monitoring System, Door Security System, Remote Alarms/Emergency Call System and Telephone Paging Systems. The basic performance period will be 1 October 1997 through 30 September 1998 with four one-year options. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code for this acquisition is 7629 ($5 million).
