The work includes demolition of 7 existing 10' x 10' test line shacks and relocation of 2 existing 10' x 10' test line shacks and construction of 10 new test line shacks. Work includes lead paint removal and disposal, removal of existing asphalt berms and ramps, demolition of 7 existing 10' x 10' wood and steel framed test line shacks, relocation of 2 existing 10' x10' pre engineered steel framed test line shacks and construction of 10 new and construction of 12' x16' concrete masonry test line shacks with concrete slab, floors, and roof framing, standing seam steel roofs, steel doors and frames and new electrical lighting, devices, transformers and circuit breakers and incidental related work. The requirement is estimated between $100,000.00 and $200,000.00. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 190 calendar days after receipt of contract award.
