Sources Sought - Nonpersonal services to provide all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment and all other items necessary to operate Precision Measurement Equipment Laboratories (PMEL) for Peterson AFB CO (outsourcing). The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 8734 - $5M. Offerors will be required to submit technical and cost proposals for evaluation purposes. The government contemplates the award of a firm fixed price contract as a result of this solicitation. Offerors shall submit capabilities statement to cover the following key areas: a.
