Existing parking lots will be regraded and resurfaced and water and natural gas mains replaced. Lighting will be added to the parking areas as well as to the new pedestrian walkways created along the fire lane. Also, the water and natural gas utilities, curb and gutter, pavements, lighting, landscaping and irrigation located at F.E. Warren Air Force Base, Wyoming. Performance period for Firm Fixed Price construction contract awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 150 calendar days. This is open to both large and small businesses.
