This indefinite quantity contract is for miscellaneous minor construction, alterations, maintenance, repair and other incidental related work on U.S. Coast Guard Facilities located in San Diego, CA Areas. The work involves various construction trades to perform work, including but is not limited to site work, concrete, masonry, metal, wood, doors and windows, finishes, thermal and moisture protection, mechanical, electrical, roofing and special construction. The contractor shall provide all labor, material, equipment, supervision, transportation and all other incidental items to meet the requirements of work orders issued by the Contracting Officer. The estimated cost of this procurement is between $50,000 minimum and $1,000,000 maximum per calendar year. Drawings and Specifications will be issued for each project.
