Stringer (205) 895-1152 (Site Code DACA87) Offerors shall provide all
services, personnel, materials, audiovisual aids, training aids and
travel necessary to revise, administer and teach a course of
instruction for sessions on ''Implementation of Hazardous and Toxic
Waste Environmental Laws and Regulations on U.S. Army Corps of
Engineers Projects''. This course has been designed to train USACE
personnel involved with HTW Projects on the proper application of the
Comprehensive, Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act
of 1980 (CERCLA); The Resource Conservation and Recovery Act of 1976
(RCRA); The Superfund Amendments and Reauthorization Act of 1986
(SARA); The National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA); and other
relevant environmental regulations and policies. The offeror shall
provide an instructor team consisting of a minimum of 2 and a maximum
of 3 instructors. Four sessions will be taught during FY 97. Course
locations, dates and session numbers are: Session 97-01, Ft. Worth,
TX., 20-23 May 97; Session 97-02, Sacramento, CA., 17-20 Jun 97;
Sessions 97-03 and 97-04 locations and dates are to be determined.
Additional sessions may be required for FY 97. Option years FY 98 and
FY 99 will be established for each of the 4 sessions indicated and any
additional sessions required. A fixed-price requirements contract
allowing for the placement of task orders for sessions shall be awarded
as a result of this solicitation. A technical proposal will be required
from all offerors. Technical evaluation criteria will be set forth in
the solicitation scheduled to be issued on or about 27 Nov 96. Copies
of the solicitation shall be obtained by written request without cost.
One set of the course material may be obtained from this office at a
cost of $35.00 (non-refundable). Payment should be made by certified
check, cashier's check, or money order payable to: Finance and
Accounting. Request for the solicitation and/or course material should

Telephonic request will not be honored. All responsible sources may
submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The Standard
Industrial Code applicable to this procurement is 8999. For the purpose
of this solicitation any concern whose gross annual receipts over the
past 3 years do not exceed an average of $5 million is considered a
small business. Contractor must furnish business size with written
