The specifications and details represent the best guess estimate at what might be included in the scope of work. We are open to Contractor's suggestions as to ''Paving Requirement'' size, scheduling, traffic control, etc. when considering that adjacent buildings, facilities, activities will be occupied and that access to and from those facilities will be necessary. If the specifications can be altered to give us a better, longer lasting and less costly result, we invite the contractors to make suggestions, changes/corrections to that effect. This will be a firm fixed price, requirements contract, for construction with a base year and one (1) option year period. The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000 for total duration of the contract. However, no contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation. This action is being taken solely to solicit ideas from industry as to how we may best develop a viable solicitation. (0318)
