W -- MAIL EQUIPMENT LEASE AND MAINTENANCE DUE 120396 POC Edward Dick, Contract Specialist, 770 488-9502 This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole-source basis with Neopost for the continuation of the lease of mail meters for affixing postage to outgoing mail and to purchase maintenance on government-owned mail weighing equipment from 1/1/96 through 9/30/97. The equipment is located in various agency offices throughout the Southeast. There are a total of 11 Model SM78ARC/SE95 scales and 1 MailPro 75 AL system requiring maintenance. There are 68 Model 9212 meters, 2 Model 9258 meters, 19 Model 9512 meters, and 3 Model 9547 meters being leased. No solitication will be issued. Quotations will be accepted in writing via fax.
