Worth, TX; NAR Point Mugu, C;, NAR Santa Clara, CA; and NAS North Island, CA. This contract will have a 2 month mobilization requirement, commencing on June 1 1997 through 31 July 1997, and a 2 month COMS requirement, commencing 1 August 1997 through 30 September 1997. There will be four, 12 month options of COMS support, and one 6 month option of COMS support and a 2 month Transition. Pre-proposal conferences/site visits will be held at NAS JRB Willow Grove on 7 JAN 1997 and at NAS JRB Ft. Worth on 9 JAN 1997. Further information regarding these conferences/site visits will be provided in the solicitation. The Government has not yet made a determination regarding limitations on full and open competition. All responses to this synopsis must indicate their status as a small business or a small disadvantaged business and their intent to pursue this requirement as a prime or sub-contractor. Additionally, all companies responding to this synopsis should indicate their capabilities to perform this requirement. The SIC Code for this procurement is 8711, and the small business size standard is $20 million.
