Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division requires a quantity of one walk-in
Temperature and Humidity Test Chamber - internal chamber size
approximately 15 feet wide, 22 feet deep and 8 feet high. The unit will
be required to operate between the limits of -65 degrees and +85
degrees C and must be capable of responding with a temperature
transition of at least 1 degree C per minute based on a 2500 pound
aluminum mass. The temperature gradient throughout the chamber work
space must be +/-3 degrees C when measured beyond 12 inches of any
floor, wall or ceiling surface. The humidity performance shall provide
the capability to provide 20 to 95 percent relative humidity (RH) in
the dry bulb temperature range of +5 degrees C to +65 degrees C,
limited by a minimum dew point of +4.5 degrees C. Humidity stability of
+/- 5 percent RH is required when the control point located in the
supply air stream is compared to the set point. The test chamber shall
be delivered FOB Destination approximately 60 days after contract
award to the NAVSURFWARCEN Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road,
