Schick, Contracting Officer, (205) 955-1187 The U.S. Army Space and Strategic Defense Command is planning to enter into negotiations on a sole source basis with Tadiran, LTD, Tel Aviv Israel for effort entitled, ''Israeli Testbed Enhancement, Operations and Maintenance and Experimentation Support.'' Effort will provide enhancement of the Israeli Testbed (ITB), operation and maintenance support of the ITB and experimentation support for the ITB. The support will also involve the continuation of software license for commercial off-the-shelf software, rent and upkeep of the ITB facility and continuation of maintenance contracts for ITB hardware and software.
