Provide exclusive use helicopter services of a type III Helicopter (Bell 206B III or equivalent) with fuel truck with driver, water bucket, (Long line and remote hook Optional) for use in prescribe burning, fire suppression activities, aerial ignition and other administrative uses for the National Forests in North Carolina. The helicopter, pilot, fuel truck and driver must all be Interagency Fire Carded. The Forest Service will make award of only one of two bid items which guarantee the Contractor an estimated 75 OR 150 flight hours during the Mandatory Availability Period. The two helibases to be used are located in New Bern and Woodland, NC. The estimate closing date is December 18, 1996. This is a 100% small business set-aside. (311)
