Slana (Site Code W31XNJ) Construction of a new, 464 square meter, split face block building with a standing seam metal roof. Interior lighting, fire sprinkler, HVAC, showers and rest room facilities will be required in the new facility. Interior finishes will consist of painted sheet rock and ceramic tile walls and dropped ceiling. Changes to 3 adjacent facilities and a 195 square meter addition will be required. These changes will include relocation of interior walls, doors, ceilings, lights, fire alarm systems, revisions to HVAC duct and floor finishes. Exterior work will consist of asphaltic concrete paving, concrete curbs and gutters, area lighting and utilities. Chain link and Rohn type fencing will be required. Critical Path Method (Network Analysis system) is not required. Bid documents are available on or about 27 November 1996. Costs are as follows: Plans half size $17.00. Specifications $35.00. Cost of work is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Requests for Plans and Specifications shall indicate in writing whether firm will bid as a Prime Contractor or Subcontractor.
