The contractor will be required to provide all labor, material, equipment and transportation necessary to perform the principal components of the work, include the following: SIOUX FALLS AND TURKEY RIDGE: Dismantle for reuse and store tower (approximate 170 & 300 feet) ''T'' rail, and guys. Remove and dispose of tower accessories. Remove guy anchors and fences. CHARTER OAK: Remove and dispose of existing 170-foot guyed tower (34-inch face width). Remove and dispose of existing tower foundation, three guy anchors, communications building, concrete foundation, and barbed wire fences. Relocate existing 500 gallon propane tank. KONES CORNER, OTO, AND, CHARTER OAK: Construct embankments for microwave site, parking area, and access road. Design and construct reinforced concrete foundations. Furnish and install grounding system. Design, furnish and erect 199-foot guyed tower. Install Western-furnished safety climbing rail. Install Western-furnished microwave antennas including coaxial waveguides and connectors. Furnish and install ice shields with stiff arms. Furnish and construct barbed wire and chain-link fence. Gravel surface microwave site, parking area, access road, and approach. DENISON: Design and construct reinforced concrete foundations for a 146-foot selfsupport microwave tower. Furnish, and install grounding system. Design, furnish, and erect one 146-foot selfsupport microwave tower. Install Western-furnished safety climbing rail. Install Western-furnished microwave antennas including coaxial waveguides and connectors. Furnish and install ice shield with stiff arms. The estimated amount of this construction project is between $250,000 and $500,000. This solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis on or about November 20, 1996. All responsible business concerns may submit a bid which shall be considered by this Agency.
