SOL N63394-97-R-2202 DUE 123196 POC Contract Specialist, LORRAINE ARCINIEGA, (805) 982-0620 The Port Hueneme Division, Naval Surface Warfare Center, plans to issue to Techmatics, Inc. a sole source, cost-plus-fixed-fee, level of effort, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract, for a period not to exceed seven (7) months. This acquisition will provide specialized engineering and logistics support services for the Level I (Ship and Multi ship) Level II (Combat Systems) and Level III (Weapon Systems) presently being provided by Techmatics, Inc. under the station-wide omnibus contract N00123-92-D-0336. This acquisition will provide a continuation of services pending the competitive award of the follow-on programatic contracts. In the event of delays in awarding the competitive follow-on contracts, PHD-NSWC's ability to perform as the critical In- Service Engineering Agent (ISEA) in supporting the Navy fleet. The anticipated award date is 1 Mar 97. The period of performance is expected to be 1 Mar 97 through award date of all competitive follow-on contracts, but not to exceed 30 Sep 97.
