The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a requirement for technical and engineering support for research into electronic warfare support measures (ESM). Required tasks include: ESM equipment engineering (hardware and software), ESM systems analysis (architectural and functional tradeoffs), ESM equipment test and evaluation data collection, analysis and database management, and ESM technology development support to demonstrate critical ESM processing functions. The period of performance will be sixty (60) months. The principal place of performance will be NRL-Washington, DC. A detailed Statement of Work will be issued with the solicitation.
