The 45th Contracting Squadron intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Science Horizons Inc, 1333 Gateway Dr, Suite 1028, Melbourne FL 32901, on behalf of the Air Force Technical Applications Center (AFTAC), to purchase a COTS based Data Acquisition System for the US National Data Center. This system will provide participating member states with data for their own national monitoring purposes. This sole source acquisition is justified under 10 USC 2304 (c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition will be for a period of six months from contract award. The SIC code for this acquisition is 7371 and small business size standard is $18M. No solicitation document exists.
