drydock and repair USCGC ORCAS (WPB 1327), homeported North Bend,
Oregon. Work items to include; gantt production chart, temporary
services, drydocking, underbody inspection, underwater buoy
preservation (100%), electric meter calibration fin stabilizer system
quadrennial, fuel oil, waste oil tank cleaning and inspection, sewage
tank cleaning, electric motor overhaul, fire pump overhaul, anchor
hawse pipe renewal, polymeric deck covering replacement, bilge plate
inspection. Solicitation pursuant to Small Business Competetiveness
Demonstration Program will be issued on or about 01 October 1996. All
responsible sources may submit bids which will be considered by the
