The sole source nature of this requirement stems from the fact that the Government currently occupies the units ( the trailers are set up at NAB Little Creek and equipment has been installed therein) and it is therefore, in the Government's best interest to continue to lease the same units from Gibson Equipment. The lease is for a one-year period at NAB Little Creek. See Note 22. Copies of request for quotation may be obtained from bid board located at FISC, Bldg W-143-6, Norfolk, VA. A copy of RFQ may be requested in writing to the issuing address, or by facsimile at (757) 445-2687. Interested parties should provide their CAGE Code, TIN # and FAX number. Requests for the RFQ must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officals and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency.
