Grant (Site Code DACA05) Project provides for furnishing of all labor, material, equipment, and services necessary to provide complete collection, propagation, storage (prior to delivery to the project site) and delivery of native plant materials. Plant propagation materials will be collected (harvested) on the project site and will be collected and propagated according to standard collection, propagation and nursery standards. Plants will be propagated to be installed as container stock and will be delivered in containers to the project site. Plant species and quantities will be indicated in the statement of work contained within the invitation for bids. A firm-fixed price contract for supplies (commercial items) will be awarded. The proposed procurement is a total small business set-aside. The procurement will be conducted under SIC code 0181. The size standard for this SIC code is $500,000.
