National Naval Medical Center intends to award a sole sourced purchase order to Remedy Corporation for maintenance and support service for TS-AR-EP Express Support Subscription. Period of performance will be from date of award through 30 Sept 97. Service will include 4 hour response time of telephone and e-mail support including software updates. Support hours of operation are 6:00am to 5:00pm pacific coast time. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purchase order based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
