Work to include remodeling/modification/renovation of large waiting area and scattered exam and support rooms, to at least three ''PODS'' or Primary Care Modules. A cluster of exam rooms and support areas to support the team concept of patient care. Work to include architectural, electrical and mechanical changes. A/E firms interested in this project will be required to submit a completed SF 254 and SF 255 no later than COB 12/6/96. Cost range of the construction project is $500,000 - $1,000,000.
