The FHWA intends to establish multiple task order contracts for the conduct of studies in the overall area of Highway Right-of-Way/Real Estate Management. Future task orders will involve the study and assessment of existing ROW/REM programs/practices/problems at various Federal/State/Local government sites throughout the US. Topics of the various studies may cover ROW/REM planning, costing, property appraisal, acquisition, condemnation, property management, shared use, computerization/metrication in the profession, ramifications of the FHWA Relocation Program on other Federal/State/Local programs, and other topics to be identified.
