The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a requirement for the provision of Psychiatrist Services at the United States Penitentiary located in Marion, Illinois. Offeror to provide routine and urgent ``in-house'' clinical examinations of inmates, and telephonic consultation concerning inmates with the clinical and psychology staff as needed. Offeror to provide service to the institution in a four-hour service with approximately two-three sessions per month for an estimated 36 sessions per contract year. The government intends to award a contract with a base year and four option year periods. Offeror must possess an acceptable medical degree, physician license and have successfully completed a recognized residency in Psychiatry and hold a current Psychiatry License.
