The Federal Correctional Institution, Pekin, Illinois, is soliciting for Dental Hygienist services for federal prisoners. Services consist of dental hygiene and are advertised as full and open competition. The contractor must have graduated from an accredited program for Dental Hygienists. The awarded contractor must be licensed to practice in the state of Illinois. Services will be provided at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) and Federal Prison Camp (FPC), located at Pekin, Illinois. Services will be required for a one year base period, with four one-year option periods for a total of sixty months from the date of award. The estimated quantity of sessions for each twelve month period of the contract is five-hundred-twenty, three-hour sessions per year. Anticipated award date for base year of contract is January 1, 1997. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a bid which will be considered for award.
