Incorporated, Fort Worth, Texas or Lord Corporation, Erie, Pennsylvania
- FOB Destination with delivery of 100 each 180 days after date of
contract award, to Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, Texas 75507-5000.
Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C.2304(c)(1). This proposed
contractual action is for supplies which cannot be procured through
full and open competition because the authority cited states only one
responsible source or a limited number of source(s) and no other
supplies or services will satisfy the Agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1.
This is a Flight Safety Part which requires source approval of any
prospective contractor. Firms that recognize and can produce the
required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves to
the contracting officer, and provide supporting evidence which will
permit their participation in the current or future requirement. All
responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by
the Agency. This requirement is anticipated to be awarded against an
existing Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA). See Numbered Note(s): 22.
