Fabricate polypropylene tanks to carry 200 gallons of water and firefighting chemicals. Tanks, with skid section to mount pump, panel, foam proportioner, fuel tank and plumbing manifolds, are mounted onto mobile fire apparatus and subjected to extreme variations in temperatures and vibrations. Tanks shall be equipped with components such as tank flanges, vent/overflow, baffles, fill tower, water level sight gauge, transverse swash partitions, etc. Tanks to have a service life in excess of 14 years. Total quantity of 23 each. Delivery to address in Note 7 anticipated by March 1, 1997. Procurement is a 100% small business set-aside and only written quotations will be accepted. Commercial item and simplified acquisition procedures will be used for award. Anticipated award date is December 13, 1996.
