Z -- ROOF RESTORATION SOL 97-08 POC Pam Legare (513-366-2015) The USEPA plans to procure on a competitve basis, roof restoration services, including installing, repair and coating materials for the National Risk Management Research Laboratory (NRMRL), Subsurface Protection and Remediation Division (SPRD) at the Robert S. Kerr Environmental Research Center Building, Ada, Oklahoma. The building is approximately 12,027 square feet. Certain materials will be provided by the Government. Work tasks are anticipated in the following areas: (1) Removal of loose gravel, (2) Removal and replacement of designated roofing and insulation, (3) installation of the following: (a) Fill insulation, (b) Specified flashings and accessories, (c) raise curbings, (d) parapet curbing, (4) Application of roof coating, gravel surfaced, and (5) rework existing drains. These tasks to be performed will require highly competent and experienced personnel in roof restoration services. The estimated range of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000.
