This is an Emerging Small Business Set Aside. Provide all material, labor, equipment and supervision for the design, cost estimate and all contract documents, Project No. WR97004, for Install Cook - Chill, at the Alvin C. York VA Medical Center, Murfreesboro, Tennessee. Evaluation criteria will be as follows: (1) Specialized experience of the firm with the type of work required (2) Capacity of the firm to perform the work within the time limitations (3) Past record of performance on contracts with the Government agencies (4) Familiarity with the area in which project is located (5) Geographic location and facilities of the working office (6) Specific experience and qualifications of personnel proposed for assignment to the project.
