C -- ARCHITECT AND ENGINEER TO DESIGN CONSOLIDATION OF PRIMARY CARE SOL 531-15-97 DUE 110696 POC Carol Grant Barr, Contracting Officer Provide Architects Engineering design services to furnish complete construction documents (plans and specifications) and construction period services for project 531-301, Consolidation of Primary Care Services. This project will remodel much of the first floor of Building 85, including the relocation of Specialty Clinic, Inpatient Pharmacy, EKG, Pulmonary Function and miscellaneous offices. This project will also include installation of fire sprinklers within Buildings 67 and 27. A/E firm should be a full service design team including Architect, Interior Design, Mechanical Engineers, Electrical Engineers and Fire Sprinkler Engineers. The A/E should have extensive experience with health care facility renovations. Estimated construction cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. All interested firms are required to submit their SF 254 and SF 255 no later than close of business, November 6, 1996. Area of consideration is within a 75 mile radius of Boise, Idaho. For purpose of determining size status, SIC Code 8712 is used for this procurement. Selection and award is based on the availability of funds. See Note 24. (0298)
