14 -- MODIFICATION OF HARPOON MISSILES SOL N00019-94-G-0125 DUE 111396 POC Contact, John E. Britt, Phone (703)604-0757 Naval Air System Command (NAVAIR) intends to negotiate and award a delivery order for the modification of Harpoon missiles and spare hardware items in accordance with approved Engineering Change Proposal 12304R1. This requirement includes the procurement of all related equipment, services and documentation. NAVAIR intends to award this effort under Basic Ordering Agreement N00019-94-G-0125 to McDonnell Douglas Corporation, McDonnell Douglas Aerospace, P.O. Box 516, St. Louis, MO 63166-0516. McDonnell Douglas is the sole developer, designer and manufacturer of the Harpoon missile and the only known firm with the necessary knowledge, data, equipment, facilities and experience to perform this effort within the required timeframe.
