The White Mountain National Forest is soliciting quotes for the reconstruction of Tripoli Road, FR #30. The project consists of restoration of a gravel surfaced road damaged during heavy rains. Work includes cleaning of ditches, inlets and outlets, incidental clearing, installation of culverts, spot repairs of subgrade, and spot rocking. Work will also include blasting. The road will remain open during construction. Construction period shall start on June 9, 1997, with operations limited to Monday through Friday. The project shall cease operations from July 3 through July 8, 1997. Blasting shall be by a certified blaster with a current card. Contract time is 60 days. Estimated cost range of project is from $25,000 to $100,000. (0297)
