R -- SURVEY OF HOUSING COMPARABLES SOL 1425-7-SP-70-00810 POC Steve Rawlings, Contracting Officer, (303) 969-7226 The Bureau of Reclamation has a requirement for services to conduct a survey of housing comparables and utilities in the Oregon-Washington, Arizona-Nevada, and Northeast US areas. This survey requires that rental housing comparables be collected along with data concerning charges for utilities, heating fuels, and related services. The data is collected on a voluntary basis from realtors, landlords, and tenants through interviews and personal inspection of each property. The Contractor shall be provided with 1) a listing of the communities to be surveyed and the maximum samples acceptable in each housing class in each community; 2) a supply of the data collection forms to be used in the survey and 3) instructions such as computer diskette description and software necessary to load data on the Government computer. Solicitation 1425-7-SP-70-00810 is expected to be issued on/about November 13, 1996. Performance shall start February, 1997 for the Oregon-Washington survey; April, 1997 for the Arizona-Nevada survey; and June, 1997 for the Northeast US survey. Each survey shall be performed within 90 calendar days from the start date. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency. See Note No. 1 (0297)
