The National Council on Disability is seeking an independent contractor to develop and coordinate a study on the implementation of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Fair Housing Amendments, the Air Carriers Access Act, and the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. The study would evaluate the effectiveness of both enforcement and educational efforts by relevant government agencies, and make recommendations accordingly. Such a plan should project a twenty (20) month implementation work schedule. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The approximate release and closing dates are 21 November 96 and 23 December 96, respectively. The estimated contract period of performance is twenty months.
