The Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) has a new requirement for scientific, engineering and technical support services relating to the following tasks: 1) Coherent Radar Electronic Attack, 2) Transmitter Technology Research and Development, 3) Multi-Spectral Electronic Attack, 4) Dual-Polarized Technology/Electronic Attack and 5) Information Warfare Technology. The tasking encompasses state-of-the-art system design and development (both hardware and software concepts), design and fabrication of components, subassemblies, and assemblies (includes analog/digital hardware and software), component specification and documentation, system test, evaluation and analysis.
