This procurement is to acquire Architectural Field Reviews of 203(k) Home Rehabilitation Mortgage Private Consultant Work Write Up 1-4 Family Dwellings for the New York Office for one year with two one-year options to renew. Responsible offerors must be New York State Office approved HUD/FHA Private Consultants for Section 203(k) Rehabilitation Mortgage Insurance AND must submit a 203(k) Private Consultant course completion certificate from CrossLand Mortgage Corporation or Countrywide Mortgage Corporation. This is an indefinite quantity contract, with the following minimums and maximums per Area per year: Area 1 (NYC) minimum 50 maximum 600; Area 2 (Suffolk and Nassau) minimum 50 maximum 650; Area 3 (Westchester, Orange, Rockland, Putnam) minimum 25 maximum 250.
