This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract being procured under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The work includes providing rolloff dumpsters or dump trucks for the removal of 500 cubic yards of wetland sediment. The dumpsters/dump truck shall be left on site for approximately 7 days. Recycle the sediment which contains petroleum hydrocarbons and other contaminants. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC) for this project is 1629. The related Small Business Size Standards is $13.5 million annual receipts for the preceding three fiscal years.
