To order solicitation package, request must be in writing and received by 12 Nov 96 at the address listed in item 7: Attention: Code 0231-SM Services shall include maintenance and repair services for intrusion detection systems located in buildings 601, 602 and 603 at the Naval Support Activity, New Orleans, LA. The contractor shall furnish all labor, supervision, transportation,equipment, supplies, supervision, management and materials necessary to provide maintenance, repair and alteration services for intrusion detection systems in accordance with the requirements specified in the solicitation. Work includes the performanceof service call work to make repairs to return systems to proper operation, inspection and preventive maintenance work, indefinite quantity work to make repairs, changes, alterations and additions to existing systems, and other services as described inthe solicitation. The contractor shall meet all intrusion detection system licensing and qualification requirements of the state of Louisiana. This will be a combination firm-fixed price and indefinite quantity contract to be negotiated on a solesource basis with ADT Security Systems, Baton Rouge, LA. The contract term will be for a base period of one year with four one-year options. The total contract term is not to exceed sixty months.
