The work consists of demolition as shown on the contract drawings; site preparation and excavation for new foundations; new concrete foundation (along with all cut and fill required); new pre-engineered metal buildings (2 each), new concrete block walls and steel roof systems (1 building); new cabinets and modular seating; new electrical lighting and power system; new HVAC systems; new personnel doors and windows; new suspended ceilings and vinyl flooring; painting as shown on contract drawings and specifications; and, new plumbing (including water and sanitary sewer lines). Estimated magnitude of the project is between $100,000 and $250,000. One Job. Completion time is 180 calendar days from date of contract award.
