The USDA Forest Service intends to use Brooks Act short selection procedures, per FAR 36.602-5, for the following: professional engineering and architectural services related to an independent evaluation of technical project documents and environmental data produced by others during the performance of a Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) action at the White King/Lucky Lass site on the Fremont National Forest, Oregon State. Evaluation will document and support selection of the most probable alternative for the site, after evaluation of all alternatives.
