The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Norfolk, Detachment Washington intends to procure on a 100% Small Business Set-Aside basis, and through an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity delivery order-type contract, court reporting and transcription services. The services required include: reporting (using various methods); transcription (includes 1-day, 3-day and quick turn-around procedures); videotaped depositions and duplication services. The requirement is for the Navy Litigation Office in Arlington, VA. Services will be required in both CONUS (the Continental United States) and OCONUS (outside the Continental United States) locations. The contract will include a base period of performance (date of award through September 30, 1997) and options for a contract total of five years, and including the fAR Clause 52.217-8 ''Option to Extend Services''. There will be a minimum guarantee of approximately 150 depositions/30,000 pages per year (9,000 pages for 10-day delivery; 15,000 pages for 5-day delivery; 3,000 pages for 3-day delivery; and 3,000 pages for 1-day delivery). There will be a minimum of approximately 20 videotaped depositions. Proposals will be evaluated on a low-cost, technically acceptable basis, including past performance.
