Minimum contractor qualifications consist of the following items: the contractor must provide verification that he/she is a representative of the manufacturer of the security system equipment to be installed; provide manufactor's catalog cut sheets of the security system equipment to be installed; provide the name and qualifications of the installer of the secirity system; and provide names and telephone numbers of three (3) installations of similar equipment and systems completed by the contractor in the last five (5) years.
