New construction includes two Squad Ops Facility, the Petroleum Ops Laboratory, the Check Station, the Wash Equipment Building, and Refueling Yard with Washrack. Also, included in new construction is a street, various site improvements and utilities. Buildings will be constructed of concrete foundation, masonry walls, structural steel frame and standing seam metal roof system and will include fire protection systems. The refueling yard will be constructed of concrete. (The drawings and specifications were prepared using the modern metric system.) Estimated magnitude of work is between 10,000,000 to 25,000,000.
