Project consists of decommissioning of 4 miles of existing Forest Service road in the Trinity River watershed, Lower Trinity Ranger District, Six Rivers National Forest, Humboldt County, California. Work includes but is not limited to excavation of road fill at culvert sites, removal of culverts, placement of channel crossings, clearing of vegetation, ripping and outsloping of roadbed, placement if earthmound barriers and placement of straw mulch. There will be a pre-bid tour held October 31, 1996 at 9:00 AM at the Lower Trinity Ranger District Office, Willow Creek, California.
