81 -- CARDBOARD, BOXES, FIBERBOARD SOL 1PI-R-0619-97 DUE 120396 POC Contract Specialist, CALABRO, ALICE, 202/508-3954 UNICOR, Federal Prison Industries, Inc., intends to enter into a five year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity type contract at UNICOR Milan, Michigan factory for various sizes of cardboard, boxes, and fiberboard. This contract will be awarded on a consignment basis. UNICOR will establish estimated minimum and maximum levels of inventory to be stored at the UNICOR warehouse. As production materials are utilized the factory will issue receivers. The contractor will replace production materials as inventory levels fall to minimum quantities as established for each item. UNICOR reserves the right to adjust the minimum and maximum quantities as needed. The proposals submitted will be evaluated by the following Best Value criteria: Price, Past Performance, and Technical.
