Standing order sole sourced with Mid Atlantic Medical Associates is anticipated for the period of 01 Nov 96 through 30 Sept 97. Company will deliver eight cases of item# 705-2005 Intra-uterine pressure catheter per month. A total delivery of 96 cases over a one year period. All responsible sources may submit an offer which shall be considered. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition is being conducted under the guidelines as set forth in the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). Award will be made in the form of a purchase order.
