The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform heating system repairs at building C-2. Work consists of replacement of existing piping, expansion tank, hot water heater, boiler flu & etc., hydronic piping, water coils, air vents, controls and other items associated with the heating system. Also included in the work are chimney cleaning and the adjustment of the DDC control to assure that the boiler and hot water heater control installation is functioning as designed. The SIC code for this procurement is 1711. The proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for emerging small business concerns. The size standard for an emerging small business is $3.5 million.
