Mt. Home, Tennessee -- Provide all labor, materials, tools and
design-build services necessary for design and construction of a
laundry/warehouse of approximately 39,000 GSF. Work includes but is not
limited to: (1) architectural and engineering design services to
prepare construction documents based on design development drawings and
performance specifications, and (2) construction services for new
construction, demolition, renovation, interior and architectural
construction, new mechanical systems, plumbing, fire sprinkler system,
electrical, fire alarm, site demolition, grading, new and relocated
utilities, associated site work and landscaping, road work and parking,
pneumatic trash and linen tubes, elevators, all laundry equipment as
specified, asbestos abatement, and certain other items. -- Cost range:
Between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000 -- This project is restricted to
Small Business Set Aside -- RFP materials will be available October 28,
