Work includes the usual plumbing, mechanical, roofing, structural,electrical utility and finishes work. There are 5 Bid Options in this project. There will be 90 days to exercise Bid Options. Except when it is determined in accordance with FAR 17.206(b) not to be in the Government's best interests, the Governmentwill evaluate offers for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirement.
